Always give your bath a dry run
Bigger doesn’t always mean better. Far from being purely for vanity, ornately framed mirrors over the sink will create warmth within the space. Consider hanging art on the opposite wall to lend colour to the room. Remember that space, as much an imagery is echoed in the reflection.

The cabinets should ideally have an interior depth of three inches, making the door flush with the wall. Concentrate on the shower area
Open-concept showers are becoming increasingly popular in modern bathroom space. They require no shower curtains or doors and are considerably less confining than a stall. Add function by sharing space

Design lighting that shines
Good lighting is an imperative feature of an inviting bathroom space. Combine halogen pot lights where possible with wall sconces that sit beside or over the mirror for lighting that reduces shadow. Always, always install dimmers. as well.
Buy a quality, durable toilet
It’s not necessary to spend big buck when making this purchase, but don’t scrimp either. Models with elongated seats and bowls are usually the most comfortable. It’s definitely possible to get something fine for less than $400.
Incorporating luxury
If you’re in the fortunate position of having space to spare, why not indulge? Spa-like dressing rooms can be great for relaxation and privacy. Outfitting this with some kind of media system will also add great ambience.
